MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL 2023-24
Info and Instructions:

 The MBWC member renewal is an online process.
Our website provides members the location to pay annual dues and sign up for next year’s committees. As a reminder, members are expected to attend a minimum of five (5) general meetings a year along with participating and being a working member on at least two committees. They are required to participate on the annual fundraiser and volunteer on the hosting committee one time during the year. The goal of this worksheet is to provide additional information to assist in selecting your 2023-24 committees. This worksheet can also be a personal reminder of the choices you made online.

MBWC COMMITTEE ROLES AND DESCRIPTIONS:
Chairperson: The chairperson's role is to build participation and run the committee in a way that encourages decisions. The chairperson should allow fair and open discussion and follow the agenda so that decisions can be made to accomplish the goal. If a Chairperson has been appointed for the upcoming year they are listed below.
Co-Chairperson: A co-chair works jointly with the chair of a committee in planning and accomplishing decisions made by the committee. Many of our committees do allow for two to share a role. Your MBWC enjoys a great history of enthusiastic members stepping up for new experiences, which makes our committees great.
Reminders:
1. MBWC bylaws state Active members of the MBWC:     
     a) Are expected to be a working member of at least two committees.
     b) Shall contribute to any club approved service project (i.e., SOS, Holiday Helpers, annual fundraiser, etc.)
2. Some committees may limit the number of member participants to insure productivity.
    Below are the Club's committees and other open club activity positions. Please indicate which ones you can serve on.

    Please fill out this form and pay your dues online.
    Dues are payable on June 1st and delinquent after June 30th. Membership will be processed when this form is completed and online payment made by June 30th.

    Please note:     Your selections are not guaranteed as they may possibly be limited or already filled, as determined by the committee's needs.

    Membership, Philanthropy, Programs. and S.O.S. (    Support our Soldiers) -
    Hostess Committee:
    PLEASE NOTE: ALL "ACTIVE" members must participate in hosting at least one general meeting during the year. Supporting members are welcome to join in, but are not required to do so. This committee, with the direction of the committee chairperson, coordinates and manages the hosting at the monthly meetings with food and beverages. The committee will plan a theme, select a menu, prepare, serve, and CLEAN UP at each meeting. Again, it is a requirement for all active members to participate in this committee for at least one month. 
    Please list below your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices for the month you would like to host, SEPTEMBER through MAY: (You are only required to be on the hostess committee one month. Every attempt will be made to schedule your first choice.)
