Voting will open at 11:00am Saturday, June 8, 2024, and close at 5:00pm on Sunday, June 9, 2024.

The MBWC club board voted yesterday to approve the transfer of funds from MBWCs 501(c)(4) bank account for an amount of $7,211 to be added to the $57,789 raised by the May 18 fundraiser. The additional funds will allow the MBWC FOUNDATION 501(c)3 to write a check for $65,000 to G.R.A.C.E. - Girls Rising Above Child Exploitation. The funds in the Club’s account come primarily from rental of the clubhouse venue and membership fees. The membership approved the recipient of fundraising efforts this year to go to GRACE. The Club’s fundraiser and rental income allow the Foundation to be able to give money to non profit organizations.
In addition, the board voted to cover additional expenses of the fundraiser, not to exceed $2,500.
The total funds the board approved is $9,711.
